Dhanush’s shocking incident in Maari 2 shooting

National award winning actor Dhanush had teamed with director Balaji Mohan for a film ‘Maari’, which was a decent blockbuster. Now the same duo is coming together again for a movie’s sequel ‘Maari 2’. Sai Pallavi is playing the female lead role in this movie, which has musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The shooting of this film is close on the heels of completion. Yesterday, an intense climax action sequence was being filmed between Dhanush and Tovino Thomas in Chennai. Unexpectedly, the entire team had to face a shocking incident when Dhanush had to hurt his right knee and left hand while performing stunts. He was so much badly hurt that the crew wanted to stop the shoot. Nevertheless, Dhanush continued to shoot with so much pain and completed the day’s schedule. This in turn had surprised everyone out there on the sets.
