Chiyaan Vikram’s Saamy Square shooting updates

Chiyaan Vikram has almost completed shooting for his upcoming film ‘Saamy Square’, which happens to be the direct sequel to 2002 blockbuster hit ‘Saamy’. Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead role in this film. As reported by close sources, Vikram will be seen as the son of Aaruchaamy (Protagonist in the first part) and Bobby Simha as the son of Perumal Picchai (Kota Srinivasa Rao). According to the current reports, the shooting is now happening at set works of Tirunelveli backdrops in Karaikudi. It involves the same backdrops that we saw during the opening song ‘Tirunelveli Halwa’ from Saamy. Soon after the shoot, Vikram and Keerthy Suresh will be flying down to Europe for a duet song.. Saamy Square directed by Hari has been extensively shot across the backdrops of Delhi, Vizag, Jai Salmer and other parts of Rajasthan. The theatrical trailer of Saamy Square will be released on May 25.
