Bogan remake gets a top heroine onboard

Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy regenerated their best performances after Thani Oruvan in the film ‘Bogan’. This was a real experimental film, where it was something unconventional with genre.

The film was bounded to mixed reviews and yet it managed to make a passable run in box office. Nevertheless, it impressed Telugu film fraternity and they’ve now decided to go for remake. Jayam Ravi’s role will be played by Ravi Teja. When approached Arvind Swamy, he didn’t want to take this up as he decided not to work on any remakes after Thani Oruvan. So talks are going on with leading actors of Telugu industry to play his role. Hansika Motwani will not be reprising her role in Telugu remake. This is because; Catherine Tresa has been signed to play the female lead role in this movie. It is also said that lots of changes are made in the script especially during second half of this movie.
