Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 – No wars, No controversies, Less Evictions! Is this Vijay TV planning for?

Well, there’s a lot of similarity between Bigg Boss Tamil and IPL tournament. Due to the COVID-19 issues, the uncalled-for schedule changes have been happening. While the initial gap between the IPL of 2020 and 2021 have been going through drastic breaks and resumes, Bigg Boss Season 4 and Season 5 had a very little hiatus. This indeed pulled away the interest of the audiences as the intensity of previous season for more. Besides, this year’s inclusion of contestants look like a mixed bag as very few have more fame and others don’t have more popularity. While viewers might be looking out for the controversies, we do have a prediction (Which might be right or go wrong). With 18 contestants entering the Bigg Boss House at the same time (First-ever time in Tamil Bigg Boss), a couple more wild card entries are expected as well. This hints that Vijay TV might not be playing the regular cards of Bigg Boss, but look into their own benefits. Much similar to the previous year, the show has started only in October, which will have more festive occasions. Last year, Vijay TV played it in its favour of having the special programs hosted within the house, which increased the TRPs. This year is no exception as there are more and more festival occasions starting from Aayutha Pooja to Diwali, Christmas, New Year and maybe, why not? The show can get extended till Pongal 2022.

Looking into the contestant list, we have seen many more from the Tamil folklore groups as well, and there is no scare for such cultural celebrations.

On the other hand, the evictions might be ruled out for the festival weekends as well.

OMG! If this is true, Bigg Boss is no different from the routine TV serials of Vijay TV. Please don’t break the text book rules of Big Brother!!!!
