Bhaag Milkha Bhaag was my inspiration for Eeti

The audio launch of Eeti turned to be a one with more film personalities taking part and everyone were in awe of the brilliant visuals, music and the awe-inspiring screen presence of Atharvaa. Speaking on the occasion Atharvaa said, “Initially, Kalaipuli S Dhanu sir had requested me to go through this script. I accepted to be a part of this film after knowing that Vetrimaaran is involved in script as well. While acting in the film, I had to maintain a strict diet control and sometimes I would be almost fainting with giddiness and cannot focus the camera.

I would ask my cinematographer and team to place the camera towards the direction I turn or move. I was so much spellbound over the fascinating performance of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, where Farhan Akhtar had left us awestruck with an incredulous performance. I would openly admit that Farhan Akhtar was the main inspiration for me to act in this film.”
