Athulya Ravi’s next to be a successor to ‘Aruvi’?

Actress Athulya Ravi made her debut as the heroine in the film, ‘Kadhal Kan Kattudhe’. Subsequently, she shot to fame by getting signed up for several films, including Nadodigal-2 and ‘Suttu pudikka utharavu.

Now, she has officially signed for another film – ‘Yen Peyar Anandhan’. The 2 major hero roles are being performed by Santhosh Prathap (Kathat thiraikkathai asanam iyakkam – fame) and Deepak Paramesh.

The film belongs to the intense thriller genre. Yen Peyar Anandhan is directed by Sridhar Venkatesan (The director of the short film – Chithiram Kolludhadi. a part of the recently released film ‘6 Athiyayam’). The film is based on a true incident and about Tamil Nadu’s ages-old culture and tradition. The film’s shooting and post-production works have been completed. It is heard that those who have seen the film are appreciating it as the successor of critically acclaimed ‘Aruvi’.
