Prasanth starring SAAHASAM shooting is progressing in a brisk pace. Film is being produced by his dad Thyagarajan who also take care of the screenplay and direction. Camera by Sounder/ Sakthi Savanna and editing by Zashi Qmer.

Lyrics are penned by Karky Vairamuthu, Na.Muthukumar, Yugabharathi & Kabilan. Music has been composed by S.S.Taman, Thaman has scored his best – five seductive numbers. He used India’s best singers like Shreya Ghoshal, Mohit Chauhan, Arjit Singh, Shankar Mahadevan & Andrea for the film. Film is touted to be the remake of Allu Arjun starrer telugu hit JULAYI.

Interesting news is that the music composer, singer Anirudh has rendered his voice for a song written by Na.Muthukumar, “Yarival Yarival Yennachi, Yennamoh Yedho Ayachie….O Madhu Madhu – My Madhu My Madhu“. All songs that the young music composer has been a part of have become hits and it is expected that this song too will continue the trend. Another highlight is that actress Lakshmi Menon has crooned a song for Saahasam along with Yo Yo Honey Singh. It is to be noted that she had already sung a hit song in ‘Oru Oorla Rendu Raja’ film.
