After 20 years, Rio Raj gets the location of Kamal Haasan’s film

VJ turned actor Rio Raj is currently pinning more hopes on his upcoming release ‘Joe’. While the actor’s previous movies were comedy capers and entertainers, he has chosen a unique premise this time, which is an intense love story. The film is directed by newcomer Hariharan Ram and is produced by Vision Cinema House.

The shooting of entire film has been completed in a span of just 37 days across Chennai, Rameswaram, Ramnad, Pollachi, Palakkad, and Dindugal. An intriguing fact is shooting a film sequence at Muthalamada Railway Station. ‘JOE’ is the only Tamil movie to be shot at this location many years after Kamal Haasan’s Anbe Sivam.

The title teaser of this film recently unveiled by Dulquer Salmaan has found a good reception.
