6 Athiyayam sequel on cards is confirmed

The film ‘6 Athiyayam’ was released last Friday. It has been quite popular and thus there is an increase in the number of theatres screening this film. Producer Sankar Thiagarajan is delighted.

The members of the production team of ‘6 Athiyayam’ were honoured in a function on behalf of ‘Thiraippada Ilakkiya Snagamam’ at Discovery Palace The success of the movie was celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony. A condolence by way of silence was observed for the recent death of the popular actress Sridevi.

This effort is unique in the aspect that the film is a new effort with 6 directors with 6 chapters, each with its own climax. It has won acclaim both from the fans and the critic.

Thus, a sequel’6 Athiyayam-2’ is being planned. Another production on a lavish scale is also being planned by the producer. Now, the 6 directors have earned their own independent projects.
