2.0 is all speeding up for completion

Superstar Rajinikanth’s much awaited 2.0 (2point0) is all set close on the heels of completion. According to the latest reports, the film bankrolled at a whopping budget of 350Crore is approaching the completion of filming in the backdrops of Chennai outskirts. The film is directed by Shankar and as known earlier is a straight sequel to 2010 blockbuster hit ‘Endhiran’. The film features Amy Jackson in female lead role and Rajinikanth will be seen in dual roles as professor-scientist Vaseegaran and Chitti The Robot with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar playing the baddie. AR Rahman’s musical score is considered as one of the greatest highlights here and with the entire film shot in 3D format, it is surely expected to gain huge opening across the global market. According to the current reports, Lyca Productions is planning to release the film on festive occasion of Diwali.
