After stealing the show as an absolute commercial entertainer last year through the much praised “Thirudan Police” Kenanya films and director Caarthick Raju are all set to deliver the punch with Ulkuthu starring Dinesh and Nandhitha in the lead. Ulkuthu a commercial cocktail of Action comedy and thriller is scheduled to kick start on 10th of August.

‘Ulkuthu’ is a movie based on the lifestyle of Fish choppers. We discussed many coastal towns and villages for the same but the unanimous choice was Nagercoil. The unique culture of Nagercoil as a back drop for this script makes plenty of difference. The supporting cast of Bala Saravanan, John Vijay, Sharat, sriman will add dimensions to this fast paced script. ‘Manmatharaasa’ Chaya Singh is making her come back in a very significant role.

The surprise package will be Dilip Subburayan master. In many films he had choreographed stunts to many leads in backstage but for the first time we have him on screen in a very crucial role. To add spice to the cast we have Chef Dhamodharan who is making his debut as an actor.

Promising and much discussed Justin Prabhakaran is lending his keys on the music, PK.Varma is handling the cinematography and Praveen K.L. is doing the editing and the art is taken care by Videsh.
