Yennai Arindhaal, a pack of all flavours from GVM factory which make each audience goes viral. Lets see few of them.
Yennai Arindhaal:
A perfect justification for the movie title and the tag dialogue..
Oru mellisana Kodu.. There is a time will come for everyone’s life where they have to choose what they want to become in life.. Here the hero and villain get that moment.. Both the crucial moments are shown to the audience well.. At a scene, where Sathyadev and Victor talking over the phone, while the screen splits into two with a thin line separating both and each side they show a flash of earlier scene of their deciding moment.. In many places, dialogues driven like follow what your heart says..
Beauty:
Usually in movies, we will be stunned with the looks of young looking fresh female leads but here its completely different. Ajith looks and style, too good. Without any much makeup, his screen presence steals our heart to say at least. Not to mention few scenes, but most of them, young, stylish, matured, energetic variations.
Only in GVM film, we can see Trisha more elegant and its proved again. For her episode alone we can watch one more time..
Romance:
Yes GVM has his own style of romance telling in his movies.. Its mostly dialogue oriented with silent background and bit practical yet lengthy mixture.. And though the dialogues predominate, love proposal will happen just like that in one or two scenes with straight forward approach.. You will get the feel of love with urban touch through the way the romance goes..
Songs:
First of all the placement of each songs fits perfectly and not like forced one. Mazhai vara poguthey, visuals and romance just blossoms our head.. Talkie portions and then the song continuation drag us thorough the song.. Unakenna venum sollu, song will take to a tour with emotions and candid moments with the little girl..the same song of female version, anushka scores well and picturaised entirely inside a house..
Cast:
Ajith, the variations he shows for each moments, gives a needed treatment.. specially the scene with ashish at his house, no words for his expressions.. Be it he screaming out of angry, be it romance, be it emotional scene, sixer in all shots..
ArunVijay, special mention to him.. an important role/movie in his career and he used it very well.. At a slow motion shot towards climax, his body posture and expressions, still in eyes.. Others, not to mention, did a decent roles..
COP chapter:
As a honest police officer, sacrifice, love, emotions etc are well presented the way it should be. It is a next chapter in cop after Kakka Kakka and Vetaiyadu Vilayaadu of GVM. Though this version is not the same treatment as of earlier, it has its own specials. Romance and emotions predominant in this and post interval, after the vivek said get ready for action, the real cop thriller, planning, execution sequences are coming which ends very racy.
BGM:
Needless to say, BGM plays a major role in this film and harris just played well with the theme of the movie.. Bit tracks and sounds lift each thrilling scene a level more.. without repeating the same music, he has given a best for this movie…
Frame:
GVM movies will have its own special look and each frame will speak a lot.. Most of the shots are taken like a head shot in the frame and we see more close look of all characters in the movie. At flashback, a vintage feel with sepia background, song picturaisation, 80s looks etc all looks prominent.. Towards the climax, the thrill moment and cat & mouse sequences are framed well and it gripped thoroughly.
GVM:
Another cop version from GVM with his classic making glues well with a mass hero like Ajith.. sure we can bound this with a trilogy version.. Be it a cop story, it has its own variation for each audience and make it a packed version of all. GVM trademark elements continuous again without any compromise for a mass hero.. On the whole, an emotional cop version from GVM with Ajith in it..
