“Adanga Maru is a mix of brain and action game” – Jayam Ravi
The tall and handsome hunt in K-Town Jayam Ravi is nowhere new to his cop role. He has already essayed such avatars in movies like Thani Oruvan and Bogan. “While Thani Oruvan featured him in a completely strict cop role, Bogan had its commercial values. In Adanga Maru, it would be a completely different dimension. Adanga Maru is a mix of brain and action game, which involves some real life issues. As soon as I heard the script narrated by Karthik Thangavel, I was completely spellbound and felt more emotional as well. In the recent times, we have been coming across lots of social crisis, which leaves us in deep emotions and anger. So the way we all reacted and how our inner selves wanted to express would be shown in this film.”
The film features Raashi Khanna in female lead role while Bharat, Jayam Ravi’s fitness trainer would be see as antagonist. Sam CS is composing music for this film, which has cinematography handled by Sathya Sooryan and editing by Ruben.
