Rakul Preet Singh joins Suriya’s Nandha Gopala Kumara from today

Suriya 36 that was later titled as NGK is an abbreviated form of Nandha Gopala Kumara, which happens to be the name of Suriya’s character in this Selvaraghavan’s directorial. SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu are producing this film under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures. Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh are playing the female lead roles in this film, which has musical score by Yuvan Shankar. While the shooting of this film was happening on full swing, the 47-day Kollywood strike had apparently stalled its proceeding. Now with the scenario is back to sparkling dimension, the shooting of all movies in Kollywood have significantly started to take its spell. Today, Rakul Preet Singh has joined the new schedule of NGK. It is worth mentioning that Sai Pallavi had already joined the shooting. The film as planned for now is scheduled for release on the festive occasion of Diwali.
