Arun Vijay replaces Fahadh Faasil in Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam?

Right from the phase of inception, the announcements pertaining to Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam has been really stunning. With an ensemble star-cast involving STR, Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swamy, Prakash Raj, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Jyotika and many more prominent actors, it has been a fantabulous thing to see the list. But what came as an unexpected surprise was the arrival of Arun Vijay into the project. It is learnt that Fahadh Faasil has been replaced by Arun Vijay due to some reasons. But it’s really great to see that Arun Vijay has been scaling greater heights with back to back big projects and this one is definitely a huge bonanza.

Titled as Nawab in Telugu version, the film’s shooting commences from February 12. AR Rahman’s music, Santhosh Sivan’s cinematography and Sreekar Prasad’s editing have always been a much bigger cynosure in Maniratnam movies.

We cannot wait to see the film and need to be on breathless mode till we see these stars together on the big screens.
