“Getting a compliment from my wife was really exciting” – Udhayanidhi Stalin
Udhayanidhi Stalin is floored by the response from ones, who saw his upcoming film ‘Nimir’ in special screening. Sharing the joy, he says, “Priyadarshan sir called me and asked me to act under his direction. However, I had not seen any of the films directed by him so far! I thought maybe that is also a good aspect! When we act with celebrity stars, we tend to keep watching them with awe. In a similar way, I kept looking at Priyadarshan Sir with wonder and awe!
Udhayanidhi continues: “I consider it a blessing to have acted with director Mahendran in this film. After watching the film, my wife observed –‘looking at your career so far, you have acted in a good film after the other earlier film Manithan. However, you have done or achieved only 50% of what Fahadh Fazil did!’
“This was an encouragement and a matter of cheer for me. Most of the persons who have watched Nimir tell that it is one of the best films done by Priyadarshan Sir. We are planning to release the film on 26th January.”
