Vijay’s unforgettable praise for Atlee in Mersal

Mersal has been carrying the charms of having Vijay in 3 different roles, 3 heroines and 3 comedians. This film is slated for release on the occasion of Deepavali on 18th October. The director Atlee has been expressing his appreciation about the film on various occasions.

The film ‘Theri’ was made as though 300 runs were to be scored in 50 overs in a cricket match. However, now, Mersal has been made as though 300 runs are to be scored in just 20 overs. So, the movie would be just like watching a cricket match!

‘I discussed with the ‘Mozart of Madras’ A. R. Rahman, the music director as to make a song exclusively for Tamil language; we developed the song ‘Aalapporan Tamizhan’.

Mass scenes will be more when Vijay appears as a villager. The director Atlee spoke with huge confidence that the actor Vijay himself observed that he is seeing another Vijay he had never seen so far!
