“Vijay is best CM in the whole world” – Parthiepan

The audio launch of Mersal has started happening at Nehru Indoor Stadium and the entire auditorim is spangled with irresisitbel celebrations. Who’s who of Kollywood have been visiting the podium and one among them is Parthiepan. He is always far-famed for his hilarious and entertaining speech. Over here, he doesn’t let anything drop down and the entire league of spectators turned inevitably invigorated when he said, “Vijay is the best CM in the whole world.”

Saying this, he elaborated CM as – Collection Mannan. He didn’t miss to pull off the current political situation saying, “We aren’t sure what happens if OPS and EPS collaborate. But when Vijay and his fans come together, it’s sure-footed 100Crore collection.”
