Marathi actress Aaditi Pohankar signs Santhanam-Selvaraghavan film

After prolonged pursuit, both Santhanam and Selvaraghavan have found an actress to play the female lead in their upcoming film ‘Mannavan Vandhaanadi’. Marathi actress Aaditi Pohankar, who shot to fame with blockbuster Marathi movie ‘Lai Bhaari’ makes her debut in Kollywood through this project. The movie as reported by the close sources would be a new-age romance blended with emotions and humour, where Selvaraghavan himself claimed it to be somewhere faintly resembling the treatment of 7G Rainbow Colony.

The film will have musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja and shooting would be commencing by month of January once Santhanam wraps up with his current project ‘Sakka Podu Podu Raja’. It is worth mentioning that Selvaraghavan’s other film ‘Nenjam Marapadhillai’ featuring SJ Suryah, Nandita and Regina Cassandra in lead roles is scheduled for release shortly.
