Dhanush’s Kodi post-production works on hold?

Dhanush’s hectic schedules have almost turned him insomniac over the months and he is over the spree of getting into multiple projects. Now the actor is shooting for Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai and would be taking a brief break from the project to resume shooting for Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta. Meanwhile, the actor’s much awaited ‘Thodari’ will have a postponed date of release as the never-ending shift of ‘Kabali’ release has been keeping many on hold too.

Initially, it was reported that Dhanush will have ‘Thodari’ hitting screens on July 29, but now with some banners in Malaysia claiming that Kabali release on same date, there could be more delays again. On the other end, Dhanush’s ‘Kodi’ is pending on post-production works and the reason behind this is unknown for a while. Other sources claim that there is no truth about it and the works are happening on full swing too. Kodi is a political thriller featuring Dhanush in dual roles with Trisha and Premam fame Anupama playing the female lead characters.
