Dhanush-Amy Jackson-Samantha starrer Thanga Magan will be hitting screens on December 18. The news has been officially confirmed by the Wunderbar Films before few minutes. Initially, the plans were made to release it on December 11, a day prior to the birthday of Superstar Rajnikanth, but on the spur of moment have been postponed to this date.

The film comes from the team that offered a huge blockbuster titled ‘Velai Illa Pattadhaari’ directed by Velraj with Anirudh composing music. Ethir Neechal Satish has been included to evoke laughter alongside Dhanush. Meanwhile, the production studios’ upcoming film ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara in lead roles is getting ready for release on day after tomorrow for the festive occasion of Vijayadashami.
