When Sasikumar jumped between Vijay, Vikram & Rajnikanth?

Lyca Production amidst huge fanfare and brickbats made its maiden venture through Vijay’s Kaththi in Tamil film industry. Off the late, the production studio decided to take a huge leap producing and distributing more movies. Recently, we had the news about its plans to fund whopping budget for Superstar Rajnikanth’s Enthiran 2, directed by Shankar, which is likely to go on floors by end of this year.

Before couple of weeks, there was an official announcement that Lyca Productions has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Naanum Rowdythaan and worldwide rights of Visaranai, both produced by Dhanush and latter one in collaboration with Vetrimaaran. The latest news is that Lyca Productions has clasped the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Bala’s forthcoming release ‘Thara Thappattai’ starring Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in lead roles. The official word on the film’s release would be made shortly and Ilayaraja has already started working upon the final mixing of Master CD.
