July 31 Clash

Its another big friday coming up in Kollywood. Three biggies have been scheduled for release on the same day – July 31. Vijay Sethupathy’s ‘Orange Mittai’, Jayam Ravi’s ‘Sakalakalavallavan’ and Vikram Prabhu’s ‘Idhu Enna Maayam’ are those three movies.

Orange Mittai is a dark comedy film written and directed by Biju Vishwanath.Produced by Vijay Sethupathy; hero has also written lyrics and sung two songs in the movie.Film also has Ramesh Thilak, Arumugam Bala and Aashritha doing important roles. Music is composed by Justin Prabhakar, whose previous film was ‘Pannayarum Padminiyum’. Film’s teaser and trailer were huge hit and increases the expectation among the film goers.

Jayam Ravi had a release last month. After the success of Romeo Juliet, he is ready to give the next film Appatucker, title changed to Sakalakala Vallavan. Film has Trisha, Anjali,Vivek and Soori. Music by Thaman and directed by commercial director Suraj. Songs album released last week was a dhamakha. Thaman has used tamil version of his two hit telugu songs in the album.

Another film is Vikram Prabhu’s ‘Idhu Enna Maayam’ directed by A L Vijay. Keerthi Suresh plays the lead lady role. This is going to be the tamil debut for Keerthi. Film is produced by Raadhika Sharathkumar. All the best to the all three films.
