We have a hot update on Vijay-Atlee project, tentatively titled as Vijay59. Ilayathalapathy’s Puli is gearing up for September release. After Puli, Vijay will start his next project with Atlee, movie Pooja to be held on July. Film has two heroines Amy Jackson and Samantha. Vijay is said to be doing a cop role and a father of 5 year old kid. Film is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. Music is composed by Atlee’s favorite music composer G V Prakash. GVP is joining with Vijay for the second time after Thalaivaa. Interestingly this is going to be the 50th film for GVP as a music director.

G V Prakash has already shared a picture with Deva and said, Deva would be recording a local number in Vijay 59. ‘Thenisai Thendral’ Deva, the hit machine music director of the 90’s can be considered as the mother of the ‘Gana’ genre. Lets wait to listen to the magic. Before that news fades away here is yet another latest update is that G V P and the team is planning to rope in A R Rahman to sing a song for this film. Talks have been initiated. It is believed that the uncle would sing in his nephew’s music soon.
