The ‘Thara Local’ trailer of much expected Dhanush’s Maari is all set for release on June 25th. After 25th blockbuster film VIP, Anegan and Shamitabh, Dhanush is gearing up to release his 29th film Maari in July. Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead while Vijay Yesudas is playing an important character in the film. Directed by Balaji Mohan of Vaayai Moodi Pesavum and Kadhalil Sodhappuvathu Yeppadi fame, Maari has music by Dhanush’s favorite young music composer Anirudh Ravichander. Mari is the 3rd film for the DNA combination. Cinematography by Om Prakash. Film is jointly produced by Raadhika Sarath Kumar, Dhanush and Listin Stephen.

Maari album released on June 6 was an instant hit, A hat-trick for the DnA combo. “Donu Donu” number is the current hit among the youth audiences. Maari teaser was released last month and now its time for the trailer. Yes, the much awaited trailer release will happen on June 25. Dhanush himself has confirmed the news on Twitter saying, “Hey tweeps we are excited to present the trailer of Maari from Thursday (day after) evening Thara local ‘donu donu donu’ #dna #seekramvarom”.
