Change in the cast of STR-Selvaraghavan project

There is a change in the cast of STR-Selvaraghavan project. Actress Catherine Tresa of Madras fame has replaced Trisha Krishnan, who earlier walked out of filmmaker Selvaraghavan’s yet-untitled project citing date issues. The makers have fixed in on Catherine as Trisha’s replacement. Since the film is set to go on floors very soon, everything was finalized in a hurry. This is the first time STR joins with Selvaraghavan and Catherine Tresa.

The film features Simbu in the lead, while Taapsee Pannu will be playing the other leading lady. The project was said to be the second time collaboration of Trisha and Simbu after “Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya”, but since she has also signed Kamal Haasan’s next film and “Aranmanai 2″, she couldn’t allocate dates for all the projects.Another source says that the Selva’s film producer is Varun Manian’s friend and so she doesn’t want to act in the film.Lets wait for the fresh combo STR-Catherine Tresa-Selva.
