Rajinikanth joins with Attakathi Ranjith

Hot news of the month – Rajinikanth joins with ‘Attakathi’ Ranjith for his next film under Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V creations. After Lingaa, Superstar has not signed for any new films, his fans are eagerly waiting for the announcement of his next film for last couple of months.Shankar was taking great efforts to direct Enthiran 2 but Rajini did not give his nod. It was also mentioned that either A R Murugadoss or K S Ravikumar might direct Rajini’s new film. A lot of rumors were doing rounds about the next venture of the Superstar, few among them were Sundar C, Hari, Karthick Suburaj. Finally sources say that Rajini has accepted to do the project with Ranjith of ‘Attakathi’ and ‘Madras’ fame.

Also our sources say that the film’s poojai to be held on June 15 and team is planning to release the movie for Pongal 2016. Title and the cast & crew details are yet to be finalized. Kalaipuli S Thanu is currently working on Vijay 59.After Lingaa, Rajini wanted to do a light hearted film with comedy and commercial elements.Its a welcoming change to the indursty as Rajini joins with a new generation director Ranjith.It is also to be mentioned that Rajini was very much impressed with the Madrs film and appreciated the team, last year.
