Very rarely we come across a filmmaker who certainly loves to come out of comfort zone and experiment with different genres in every movie. Streaking success eminently with these challenges, director Vijay is so exhilarated about his upcoming release ‘Idhu Enna Maayam’ starring Vikram Prabhu and ‘Rajini Murugan’ fame Keerthi in lead roles.

“Trying out with different genres has been my first and foremost motto in directorial venture. This will be the first time; I will be trying my luck with full-fledged romance. Madrasapattinam had ‘Love’ as a major element, but being set in backdrops of ‘Period Drama’, it had some constraints is getting depicted in a much better way. With ‘Idhu Enna Maayam’, I’m sure there will be lots of poignance in romance. The film travels in two different time periods and how love connects them is the basic plot.”
