Summer releases are getting hot in Kollywood. February and March will be busy with cricket world cup. April is the holiday month with Tamil new year and summer holidays, so most films will target the release during these holidays. Last year there were many notable releases like Maankarate, Oru Kanniyum Moonu kalavanihalum, Naan Sigappu Manithan, Thenaliraman and Vaayai Moodi Pesavum during April month 2014.

April releases schedule for 2015 is out with 7 movies planned for first 2 weeks. Films scheduled for April first week are Kamalhasan’s Uthamavillain, Kaarthi’s Komban, Lawrence’s Muni3-Ganga and Jayam Ravi’s Romeo Juliet. April second week schedules are Vijay Sethupathy – Arya’s Purampokku, Udhaynidhi’s Nanbenda and Adharvaa’s Eeti. Its going to be a big month for tamil film industry and also a month of visual treat for the viewers
