Due to the lack of theater availability Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam which was earlier scheduled for it’s release on August 1st has withdrawn it’s plan and was looking out for the perfect date of it’s release. After which the team came up with the announcement of it’s release on August 29th but now the team again advances it’s release as August 29th is again crowded with more releases. The team has now finalized it’s release date as August 15th which will now compete with the most expected release of this month, Anjaan starring Suriya and Samantha.

Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam is  written and directed by R. Parthiepan and produced by K. Chandramohan which is a tribute to the 100yrs of Indian cinema. The project stars an all new cast in the lead roles along with several experienced actors in cameo roles and becomes Parthiepan’s first directorial film in which he does not feature. KTown is eagerly awaiting for it’s release too for the unique tagline “A film without a story”.
