Vanmam is a film directed by Jai Krishna, a former assistant of Kamal Haasan and produced by Nemichand Jabak Productions. Vanmam means Vengeance. Vijay Sethupathi and Kreshna plays the lead characters. Sunaina is making a comeback as the female lead in the film. Madhusudhan Rao of ‘Goli Soda’ fame and Sriranjani are part of the supporting cast. Musical score is being rendered by Thaman and Balabharani is cranking the camera.

Filming began in late April 2014 in Nagercoil. The film has been shot entirely in Nagercoil, Tuticorin and other localities at the southern tip of Tamilnadu. The film will be a mixture of high octane action and intense emotional sequences. Latest news is that the shooting has been wrapped up few days back successfully and the movie is ready for post-production work. Audio will be out soon.
