The unknown tale of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Kamal Kaadambari
The new pics from Netflix-Mani Ratnam’s ‘Navarasa’ have been doing good rounds on the cyberspace. Apparently, one among them is Suriya’s Kamal Kaadambari directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, where we find Suriya as a singer.
Director GVM in on e of his interviews had mentioned that it was his dream project and was supposed to be shot completed in London. The story traverses through the life of two aspiring musicians named Kamal and Kadambari who meetin during the music festival in London. The film is a musical drama with AR Rahman composing music. Producer Eldred Kumar had even given a big advance amount to GVM for getting AR Rahman’s musical score. However, everything changed on the spur of moment and that’s when Neethaane En Ponvasantham happened.
