Check out – Suriya’s Kaappaan has made this collection on Day 1

With Suriya’s previous movie NGK turning out to be a box office disaster, the fans were slightly disappointed and were keenly looking out for his next arrival “Kaappaan” that had hit screens yesterday (September 20). The film starring Mohanlal, Arya and Sayyeshaa alongside Suriya in lead roles has opened to mixed reviews, but general audiences like it to good extent.

However, the film has made a box office mark on Day 1 across Tamil Nadu with Rs. 6 Cr Gross, which is almost close to NGK. With the positive word of mouth, it can deliberately have a good escalation indeed. Directed by KV Anand, Kaappaan is produced by Lyca Productions.
