Sumo Trailer Review

It’s been a very long time; the ardent fans of Mirchi Shiva saw a full-fledged comedy caper in his signature style. It looks like; he is obviously back into the same zone with ‘Sumo’ that had the trailer recently screened. The film is directed by S.P. Hosimin, who earlier directed movies like February 14. Rajiv Menon is handling cinematography for this movie, which is produced by Vels Film International. Featuring Mirchi Shiva and Priya Anand in lead roles, the film also features real life Japanese Sumo Wrestler Yoshinori Tashiro in another lead character.

The full length trailer shows the storyline of this film along with humour elements. We see Yoshinori being shot into seas by a Japanese Mafia and he lies unconscious across the shores of Tamil Nadu, where a surfer (Mirchi Shiva) finds and rescues him. Rest of the story is about their bonding and Shiva finds out the hidden past of Yoshinori, who remembers nothing. The trailer gives 100% guarantee that ‘Sumo’ is going to be an out and out family entertainer for kids especially.
