One more film added to the library of horror comedy. Film revolves around a house broker whose goal is to own a house will end up purchasing a haunted house. There is another family which also bought the same house from a broker, While the two families fights for the ownership, frequently some unexpected events started happening inside the house. Slowly they find that the house is haunted by an evil for a specific reason. How did they get back the house? What is the motive of the ghost? frames the remaining story.
Jiiva’s debut in the horror comedy genre. As usual his casual style of acting fits perfect to the character he plays, a real estate agent. But its time for Jiiva to come out of his comfort zone and try something new and interesting. He has paired with Sridivya for the first time, as a couple both looks very good. Sridivya acts well.
Film has a huge star cast starting from Radhika, Radha Ravi, Soori, Thambi Ramaiah, Devadarshini, Kovai Sarala, Kousalya, Madhumila, Motta Rajendiran and Ilavarasu. Soori’s comedy worked in parts. Couple of comedy scenes are really good. Radhika and Radha Ravi’s performance is the pick among this crowded casts. Jai and Akshara Gowda appeared in cameo roles.
Vishal Chandrasekhar has composed the music, He has given a perfect back ground music which travels smoothly along with the scenes. Songs are not up to the mark. Eventhough the picturization is catchy, songs are not impressive. Visually the film is commendable. Good work by Sathyan Sooryan.
Film is directed by Ike, another entry from Respected M.R.Radha’s family which is clearly evident in most scenes from the casting to the references he used. Story has nothing new to offer and screenplay comprises of very few interesting moments. Double meaning dialogues rules the script to an extend.
Film begins with a promising start with Jai – Akshara Gowda scene. Then it gets slow down due to cliched scenes and ended up as an average drama with neither horror nor comedy.
