Kanaa endows Sivakarthikeyan with an unexpected honour

In a remarkable development, The Australian Cricket Council has approached actor Sivakarthikeyan to promote the Women’s World Cup Tournament.

Women’s World Cup Competition is scheduled to commence in Australia on 21st February. The Australian Embassy in India has appointed Sivakarthikeyan, the producer of the Tamil movie, ‘Kanaa’, about women’s cricket competition, as the Brand Ambassador to promote the ensuing Women’s World Cup Competition.

Sivakarthikeyan says, “As I am the producer of the movie Kanaa regarding women’s cricket, with the ensuing Women’s World Cup Competition, they have approached me to promote the event! We all must support this event. We should root not only for the Indian team but also support the teams from other countries as well! I wish India and Australia play the final.”
