Actor Vijay is currently shooting for his upcoming film ‘Varisu’, directed by Vamshi and produced by Dil Raju. The shooting of this movie is expected to be completed by the end of October and will be a Pongal 2023 release. During this juncture, the trade circles have started acclaiming that the non-theatrical business of Varisu has already begun, and it will touch Rs. 150-Cr mark.

According to the reports, satellite rights, digital rights, and audio rights including Hindi have touched this grand sales record. This is the first-ever time, a Vijay movie is entering this business club excluding the theatrical business.
