Etharkkum Thunindhavan Trailer – Promises to be a 100% entertainer with the backdrop of strong social issue

It’s been a long time; Suriya fans had a chance to witness the onscreen magic of their star in the cinema halls. After Soorarai Pottru and Jai Bhim find the direct OTT premiere, it’s time to celebrate for them. The theatrical trailer of Sun Pictures’ Etharkkum Thunindhavan starring Suriya in the lead role is unveiled now.

The trailer has a running length of 2 minutes 12 seconds. We had earlier mentioned that the teaser didn’t give us a clear view of what this movie could be all about. However, the trailer offers us a complete view of what this movie is going to be all about. After getting to see the characterization of Vinay Rai, who is faintly reminded of his role in Sivakarthikeyan’s Doctor. It’s clear that Suriya is going to wage war against the group of miscreants, who have been involved in ruining the lives of women by labeling them as ‘Weaker Sex’. This is the first time, director Pandiraj is coming up with a serious social issue in the backdrop for his erstwhile movies have been clear-cut family entertainers. The romance elements too remind us of Pandiraj’s previous movies, but anyways, they are cute. The onscreen chemistry of Suriya and Priyanka Arul Mohan is amazing. Sathyaraj’s characterization too looks promising. The presence of Soori, Vijay TV fame Pugazh and others gives us hope of adding more humour to this entertainer.

The person behind the concept of editing the trailer definitely deserves special mention for it looks racy and appealing, thereby elevating the expectations and curiosities of the movie.
